X-AMNT uses RentRedi, a tenant portal, for rental payments. RentRedi accepts ACH, credit card, or debit card.
We cover ACH payment fees. Any card feeds are 3.1% + $0.30 applied to the total payment.

Payments made on or after the 2nd day are considered late.
